BBC Children In Need

A fundraising event held at Battersea Evolution for BBC Children in Need, Smart Hospitality catered for 1,070 guests for an evening of glitzy entertainment.

Smart by Angela Hartnett menu included:

Beef carpaccio with scorched onions & mustard cream artichoke

Oven roasted cod, olive oil potato puree and fennel salad.

Vegetarian options included:

A warm leek salad with grilled sour dough, egg and caper dressing

Gnocci with wild mushrooms, garlic, parsley and parmesan

Dessert consisted of:

A vanilla tart with tea soaked prunes.
